This just in, Vibe Magazine has been greatly affected in the "media recession" & will be shutting down. Vibe Magazine was founded in 1993 by Quincy Jones & is one of the most popular urban magazines on the stands covering mostly music & fashion articles. There will be a statement given by the end of the day to confirm the news. R.I.P VIBE.



Oh no!! say it isn't so!! Betsey Johnson is said to be retiring after her show in Sepetember. The news was revealed in the Hamptons this past weekend to a New York Magazine reporter. I'm bummed. Betsey Johnson & Marc Jacobs are in my TOP 5 favorite desisgners. How will Betsey Johnson's line pull this off without her?!?!?

R.I.P. Michael Jackson 1958-2009

It was a sad day in the world when we found out the news about Mr. Jackson. I know a lot of people, including myself & my family-especially my mother, were hurt by the news. At first I couldn't believe it. But, when I heard Cardiac Arrest I instantly knew it couldn't be good. My mom had me grow up on listening to Jackson 5 & Michael Jackson albums. My mom (middle of 5) & her brothers & sisters used to think they were the Jackson 5 singing & dancing trying to do all the moves.



My prayers & condolences go out to the family & of course all of his fans worldwide. He was an International Mogul & there will NEVER be another Like him.

Alice In Wonderland 2010!!!

These images are from the new Alice In Wonderland film that will be in Theatres 2010, Starring Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter & Anne Hathaway as Alice!! This is one of my favorite Disney movies & I still have it on VHS! LOL. I can't wait for this to come out!! I'm thrilled!!-Elle ♥

Never get enough of Pharrell Williams

Pharrell teamed up with Takashi Murakami and Jacob&Co to create "The Simple Things" which include, a Pepsi can, Cupcake, Doritos, IceCream Sneakers, and a condom, for the Art Basel fair this year. Excited about the new H&M ADs!! (N.E.R.D the most!!)

They've announced a while ago that some pretty cool celebs were going to team up with H&M for the "Fashion Against AIDS" DAA (Designers Against AIDS) campaign/collection; which is by the way on sale now at H&M stores. "25% of the sales price will be donated to youth HIV/AIDS awareness projects"-According to highsnobiety. Heres N.E.R.D & DitaVonTeese's pics for the campaign if you haven't seen them already. =]
